Empathy Training

VR that lets prison officers and clinicians experience the world from someone else's perspective, turning best practice into lasting, transformative behaviour change.

The challenge

Traditional training tells people about best practice; it rarely lets them feel why it matters. How do you build genuine empathy — in prison officers towards prisoners, or in clinicians facing a tracheostomy emergency?

Our approach

We designed VR experiences that place trainees directly inside someone else's perspective, showing how small changes make a massive difference in high-pressure, human moments.

The outcome

Unlike traditional learning methods, directly experiencing best practice in VR drives long-lasting learning and transformative behaviour change.
